Nadura Return Policy

Please read our return policy carefully:

• You have up to 14 days from receiving your package to return your item, provided that it is in perfect condition and unworn. All tags must be attached.

• Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. We do not provide a free return process.

• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect the quality. If the item is unused, we will approve the return and issue a refund.

• Used, stained, or untagged items will not be accepted for return.

• Items are non-refundable if the label has been removed or scratched.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including the packaging, with no defects or damage.
